Been offered an upgraded package, more money as ever, confusing the way they structure it it does not mention the current package for comparison or confirm that my extras ( Bt Sport etc) will be carried over at that price or whether they are additional cost?

Thanks for posting. As @imjolly has mentioned your best bet would be to contact the option team. They'll review your account and might be able to offer you a new deal. Can you post back and let me know how that goes?
