When using Safari on an Apple device using MyBT there is no longer an option to logout. I have walked all possible menu options
When you click on "MyBT" in the purple menu bar it should give you a drop down box with the option on the far right below the MyBT button to log out.
Not when using Safari on an iphone hence issue raised. Clicking MyBT results in screen refreshing with no dropdown. Would require recording to demonstrate
Just to add this works using other browsers , specific to use of Safari
Sounds like it is a Safari issue. have you tried clearing history and cookies from the browser.

To add have also tried from second separate device and also the case. Not a cookies related issue
Just thought I’d check after reading this. It does indeed seem to be missing (or at least hard to find) on the iPhone Safari version. It’s there on the iPad version though.
I pretty much only use the MyBT app though and the log out is there on both versions of that.

No I still can’t find it on the iPhone Safari version. It’s there on iPad Safari version and on both iPhone and iPad MyBT app. I only looked out of curiosity when I read this thread. I never normally use the Safari/Web version on either as I have the app.
