I just do not understand why BT cloud is so bad.
It often fails to upload from my phone - for no obvious reason.
And the desktop app is just horrendous.
It will now not even open from the start menu link any more.
Who is responsible for this appalling program?
Have you tried keeping the app in the foreground to see if this makes a difference when uploading?
I've found this helps with larger uploads.
