WiFi opt out

Go to solution

When I go to WiFi opt out it asks me for my BT internet email address, this is different to my BT ID email address, is this likely to cause a problem, or should I have the same address for both?

Its best to have your btinternet e-mail address, as your BT ID, to avoid problems.

Agree with KB, but be aware that if you've ever changed the password for the btinternet address you might still need the original one for access to the BT WiFi status page (but not BT WiFi itself).
