I've received Full Fibre 900 approx 4 weeks ago and have been unable to activate the free Xbox Game Pass Ultimate that game with the package.
I get the following error every time both on a laptop and my mobile:
I have spoken to numerous people on the phone at BT but have been unable to resolve the issue. I keep being told to wait and it will rectify itself. This has not happened in 3 weeks. Please can somebody reach out and help me with a solution? Please - It's meant to be a Christmas present!

Welcome to the community.
I am sorry that you are having trouble claiming the Xbox Game Pass.
You would need to wait until you have been connected for 14 days initially but when you then speak to our team over the phone they should be then submitting a form to get the code sent to you within 7 working days.
When did you last speak to our team?

I’m having the same issue, if I’d known it would be this difficult to get it I wouldn’t have bothered. 😞
Have you spoken to our customer support guides to get this chased?
