After extending my contract and opting for the 12 month Xbox Ultimate Game pass, I get an email saying its now activated and to check MyBT
The only option I have under Products is to turn off the monthly £10 renewal, which i didn't sign up for as it was 12 months free and then after trawling these forums to find out how to get it applied to my XBox account, there isnt any option to add it to my account as per all the other posts
Also still waiting for the chat line to provide a glimmer of assistance, all in all not the greatest experience, anyone managed to get this activated recently?
