Seems to be a common Question but still unable to view Contents Partner section... after getting an email saying I qualified for a 12 month Gamepass Ultimate, I go to the web browesr on laptop and tried following the steps. Got errorr message then tried again and no longer view Content partners. It's annoying now, I went though the contact section and spoke with someone who said in 7 days ill get a code or something been 7 but still waiting, used a laptop to access via web browser, still no luck, any ideas???

When was your activation date? You need to wait until the 14 cooling period has passed before you an get the pass. If past that then try message no on billing. https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
Aah, that makes sense now, email says you can activate it in the next 14 days, my bad, misread it as activate with in the next 14 days, my apologies...

If you were connected for more than 14 days when you spoke with our team, and they have said it will be emailed to you, it would have been sent to a back office team to get the code for you.
Keep an eye out for an email from them, usually within 7 working days of you speaking to our guides with the code for the Game Pass.
