Hi,
I have 12 months Xbox Gamepass included in my BT upgrade. In February it was incorrectly cancelled due to "fraudulent activity" and after contacting BT I was provided a new code valid for another 12 months. Two months on and it's seemingly been cancelled again without any contact from BT. Is there an email or department I can contact directly to resolve this? Is there an explanation for why it keeps being cancelled?
