Xbox game pass access

This is very misleading as have had a text message saying my broadband is active and to head over to mybt to activate 12 month xbox subscription but there is no content partner section under my products.  Have telephoned bt and been told have to wait 14 days so which is it and why can't BT just issue digital OTCs.  Please fix this

You need to wait until cooling off period expired otherwise you could activate your free period and then cancel  in cooking off.  You also need to have paid first bill and then content partner will be available within few days using web browser not app to access MYBT
