I have 108GB of data (mostly photos and PDFs) in my BT Cloud. For the last week I have been downloading files, a few GB per day and moving them elsewhere. For the last few days, when viewing my BT cloud folders and files using the web app, I have periodically got the blue "wheel of death" and then no content loads and I get the error message "error we are experiencing some technical difficulties. Please try again later". This message usually keeps popping up, but content loads. Or if no content loads, I leave off the BT app for an hour, and things work again. Today, since 2pm, I have NOT been able to view my files in the web app. I have tried to sync to some of the folders to get them downloaded on to my laptop, but nothing is working. How the heck am I supposed to get my data to another place, if I cannot get the files to download from BT cloud, or to view them in situ so I know what data I have?
Please help- what is causing this error? Is it lots of BT cloud users hammering the site to get their data? And if it is too much usage - BT - what will you do to help us all get our data when we want it?
