bt fon

I've just connected online and payed for a 1 day pass costing £6 after searching the net for no more than 20 minutes I have been disconnected and everytime I try to login and reconnect it tells me to buy a new pack voucher! I'm very unsatisfied and want a full refund. Luckily I have internet on my phone because it says you may take 24 hours to reply by then my pass would have run out. If I login to my bt fon it tells me I have no passes yet the money has come out of my bank. Very unsatisfied.

Hi kcrose and welcome to the forums.

 

I've just double checked and £5.99 gives you 90 minutes to use with in 24 hours of first logging in

or

£6.00 per month for 500 minutes per month.

 

As you've only used 20 minutes, which I guess was within the 24 hours?, it might be wise to call the BTWifi team on 0800 022 33 22 (choose the 'BT Wi-fi' option).

 

They should be able to sort this out for you.

I payed a total of £6 not £5.99, It was with btfon not bt wifi?

I'd still call them....

 

BTFon has now been renamed BTWifi.
