missing parts of MY BT after renewing contract.

Hi, all. I had a little trouble with recontracting my broadband last week and the team on here managed to sort it. after multiple failed attempts over the phone.

 

once it was resolved I waited a few days and recontracted this time it went smoothly and was dew to recontract on the 15th of july, this morning how ever I can't access all of My BT.

 

 

 

no broadband listed as part of package and I can't access the rest like of my extras, net protect plus Etc..

 

can anyone advise me, will this resolve it's self over the course of the day? Thanks in advance

Hi david. the track order setion says that the order is complete.

 

Edit: just checked again and it's now listing the rest of the missing detail.

 

sorry for wasting your precious time.

 

but thank you very much for your reply. I guess I was a little wary after my previous renewing experience, but as you said it did sort it's self out.

 

you guys are one of the best aspects of BT's customer service.
