my BT app displays 'Sorry, there's nothing to show here' on the Your bills, Your usage and Your products pages of the mobile App and on the web version it displays the Your Bills page but when I try to open the Your Products page it closes automatically after a few seconds.
I have only recently started on BT as of around 1 - 2 weeks ago.
The broadband is working fine but the app is posing issues and also accessing TNT Sports channels often says I dont have the package (which I do) and then requires some fiddling around before playing the channel.
