need mod assistance

could a mod get in touch with me please as had to reset my hub 4 because wireless issues and fon is back on again and i want it turned off as they did for me before when i was having a lot of stress with youngsters hanging around my house using my fon,so please please mods sort this one quickly.many thanks.

Thanks for the post.

 

We can certainly help you but it shouldn't be a problem you opting out yourself.  I appreciate you had issue with this in the past and we had to have this turned off for you but I don't believe this should be an issue now.  Would you mind opting out again via BT WiFi.  If this fails then by all means please get an email off to us.

i have opted out again so see how it goes shaun,but going by previous attempts it is really frustrating as it never worked no matter how many times i opted out.

I know you shouldn't have to, but as this seems to be causing you a lot of stress, have you considered just getting a cheap router and getting rid of the problem once and for all.

to buy a decent router costs a lot of money and i aint paying anymore money than i pay a month now,your right thou i shouldnt have too.

If you buy a router, as well as not being opted in to BTWifi you will probably find it performs better than the Homehub that you presently have and if you ever did need to reset it, you would not be opted back into BTWifi which would appear to be the problem you are experiencing now.

right opted out and over 24 hrs later still not deactivated so just reset hub but once again it has not deactivated so this has not been fixed so mods i need your assistance please.
