new antivirus prodct from BT

I have changed to  the new BT Antivirus from Norton on my laptop, 2 tablets and my husbands one phone. However the link does not work on my phone. I have gone direct to the playstore website, uninstalled and downloaded  the bt anti virus app but it brings up mcAffee not norton. It is asking for an activation code that I cannot find anywhere. Any suggestions

Have you checked that the phone has operating system Android 8.0 or higher?

Hi yes I think that's the problem with Norton but I previously had mcaffee and cannot get it back, As bt antivirus is no longer available for my phone can anyone suggest am alternative
