Hey,
I have couple of questions about "Message us" chat reachable from "Your contact options" page:
1. Is it possible to fetch a history of previous communications via the chat somehow?
2. How long usually it takes to reach a live operator during working hours? And what to do if none is answering?
3. Is it possible to use any email instead of this chat? As it is impossible to wait hours behind the screen to be answered. And if to open the chat from another device – it opens a clear new one without history.
