"it doesnt look like you are eligible for BT Cloud on this BT ID"
That is the message I get when my PC opens. Cloud had logged itself out (AGAIN) for no reason and now I cannot log back in.
It says contact the helpdesk with code UN2 but honestly I don't think my nerves could stand it lol
Does anyone have ANY idea why BT cloud does not know me anymore.
I CAN log into my BT account online using the same ID and password.
I CANNOT log into the BT Cloud APP or the BT Cloud Website.
MY BT ID and Password are the same and definitely CORRECT - I have done nothing whatsoever to my PC since yesterday - Nada Zilch Zero.
Anyone any ideas guys ?

Same problem here… Also unable to access BT Cloud via my web browser… likely an authentication issue at the other end of the pipe… will probably fix itself 🙂

I too have been trying to access BT Cloud today. It worked fine yesterday.
I wished to backup some more files to the cloud (may as well make use of the free 1TB I receive) but I also see the UN2 error message.
I've tried different browsers, and even the BT Cloud app on iOS. All the same.
While the error page seems to want to blame me, or my BT ID on the issue, by saying
It doesn't look like you're eligible for BT Cloud on this BT ID. Please check you're logging in using the primary BT ID for y our BT Broadband account. If you need further assistance, please contact us at bt.com/help/contact. Error code UN2.
if we're all having the same issue, then it's clearly not my BT ID to blame! Besides, it worked yesterday!
I can sign into MY BT and other services alright.

I am also having this exact same problem. MyBT says it's 'active' but if I click manage I get:
Sorry,there's been a error while fetching your cloud details.
The app gives me UN2 error.
My email is fubar also lately.
Exactly same issue here! Can sign in to MyBT which says I have BT Cloud but login fails as above! Worked yesterday.
Seems to be working again now.
I just signed in using Chrome / Win10 Pro.

BT is aware of the issue and is working to get the service back working as it should.
