Re: unsubscribe

Go into your My BT  click on Smart talk, click on manage service, at the bottom of the page on the right you will see it.

Click on remove user.

Re: unsubscribe

According to the BT website Smart Talk is available on all phone packages,  so no BT broadband, no My BT.

All phone packages come with

BT SmartTalk app     (snipped)

Perhaps I should have said Phone Only customers, and have no computer to access My BT.

Re: unsubscribe

Got it! Hadn't thought of that. But if someone wants SmartTalk wouldn't they have a smartphone and be able to register that way?

I'm thinking about that..............  I suppose they could using mobile data, as they couldn't use BT WiFi if they don't have internet connection via hub. Yes/No

I hope OP comes back and lets us know if he is registered with MyBT.  P
