updated BT Smart Talk app on Android, now App no longer works
MY BT SmartTalk app was working fine until I did a manual app update a few days ago.
The app I have on my mobile right now is Version 2.46.4-ST.
When I run the App, the dial up page comes up but as soon as I try to tap "0", a message pops up with "Unfortunately, BT Smarttalk has stopped".
I have tried closing down the App, Force Shut Down, Start again, etc (as per BT's advice page) but it still keeps crashing.
If I were to delete the App and reinstall, would I still have the same problem? Can I delete the latest App and re-install the previous version (but where can i find it and which version?!!)? Will I then have a registration problem as I am not in the UK right now - hence the desperate need to get BT Smarttalk app to work!
