When I logged in this morning I had a pop up recommending that I downloaded the new BT Desktop Help. I did this and was told it had successfully loaded but then the help browser tried to self load and displayed the Message below. I closed the BT HelpBrowser but when I try to launch it this is all I get. Can you help?

D'oh what a numb nut I am. Just googled this (don't know why I didn't in the first place) and it means the website is unavailable. Really sorry for wasting anyone's time. It is in fact now working!! Thank you to anyone that took an interest :-)
