I need to unblock a program (Google chrome) that was accidentally blocked.
Unfortunately, when I tried to go on NetProtect Plus, I needed to re-new it so I wasn't able to unblock it.
I tried to uninstall and re-install Google chrome.
Nothing has worked so far.

If you open BTNP, does it say something like subscrption renew?
Click on update and allow it to run, hopefully this will cure the renew bit
(may take a while to update - though mine can finish in 5mins)
Then if it's working again, click on Web and Email Protection, then select Firewall, selet program permissions, find Google chrome and select it, click edit, change it from blocked to full and click on save.

It might be worth installing and running Malwarebytes
Untick any additional 'add ons' during the installation process
You can download it from here - http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
(click the green box)
I have it installed, as do many other forum users. Allow it to run, then remove any unwanted 'nasties'
Now try clicking update on BTNP, does it now work?

Found some adware bar 9 thing, deleted that, turned off my computer and it worked!
I now have Google Chrome for now, but I still cant update NetProtect plus.
But I guess that isn't to important for now and I dont want to make things worse.

That's good to hear
Regarding BTNP, it should sort itself out eventually, I wouldn't expect it to display the renewal issue for more than 24hours, but the instructions I gave above should have also worked.....

Ok, unfortunately ever since I got Google Chrome back, it will not always load web pages.
I do now need to have NetProtect Plus working again to unblock it.
When I click 'renew' It takes me to the page where it gives me intructions on how to get it to work again but when I follow the intructions, it only works up to number 6.
I ran the Anti Malware again and I got nothing.

Navigate to the folder where the file was saved.
