Adding Now TV Boost

Hi everyone,

I am simply trying to add the Now TV Boost to my account and have found no way of doing it.  I currently have the big Entertainment package, Broadband, Netflix and phone through BT.

If I try to add as an add on through the website via "Swap your tv package" within my account it creates a £0 order without the TV Boost listed which looks like this

If I try to add via the Now TV app I just get an error stating "Sorry, an error occurred"

It is really frustrating that something that should be so quick and easy just does not work and I am trying to avoid a lengthy phone call to BT which will include an upsell pitch or a contract renewal in order to get this working.

Can anyone offer a solution?

I can't explain why it wouldn't let you add it via My BT or in the Now TV app, but I've just added it to your account for you.  Please confirm you're OK with that, otherwise I can remove it again.
