AppleTV on Box Pro - when is HDR expected?

Oh I dunno, any other platform using the Apple TV+ native video player delivers HDR, from Sky Q to my LG TV that was built in 2016 (which even delivers Dolby Vision).

It would seem unlikely to me that Apple would prevent HDR from being available via EE TV on a Pro Box, yet have it available on many multiples of other, much older hardware using the same video player?

Perhaps it’s just a defect?

Either way, telling us why is never high on the BT/EE agenda. What I would do to see the YouView dev Kanban board…
