I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing similar issue, trust me I know how frustrating it is. I also find the more you focus on it the worse it is so I try not to do that.
Make sure you have no delay set on the TV too, I missed that first time round. Also try upping motion smoothing to medium, this definitely delayed the video some what to help match the sound.
I have also made sure there is no delay set on the soundbar and I have the sound setting on the soundbar set to standard.
Keeping everything standard seemed to help me but then again I could of been imagining it all🤣
