BT Remote

Hi,

My BT remote will no longer control the volume on the TV. All other buttons are  working fine, it's just the volume control that has stopped working.

Any ideas on why?

Hi Southaj,

Please try these steps to reset and re-pair your remote with your BT/EE TV box.

1. Press and hold the HOME + 9 buttons until the BT or EE logo at the top of the remote flashes 3 times.

2. Then press and hold the HOME + 7 buttons until it flashes 3 times again.

This should solve your issue.
