Hi all,
So I looked on my Apple TV today and couldn’t load the BT TV app - it loads for ages then says that there’s a problem, does this means that there could be a update on the way?

What error code is associated with the message you see? That'll give me an indication of why it's failing to load.
It's not related to any pending app updates.
