I have had the above box since November and have had the ongoing issue of being unable to call up the tiles. sound up and down being in active , unable to up and down channel etc. Once cleared it works fine for a few days.
This is happening on average 2 or 3 times a week.
Often it is rectified by unplugging the power but sometimes strangely retuning the channels cures it.
I definitely think I have a faulty box and want it replaced now but can't see how I arrange this.
Can anyone tell me how I arrange this please?
