Thanks for the info. This morning I was asked to take out an order for a new subscription although I already have one to qualify for a replacement or upgraded box. After being passed to someone else who was extremely helpful, I was told that this new order was unnecessary but since it had been made and could not be cancelled immediately, I had to wait for it to go through the system. She would then organise an upgraded box to replace the faulty basic one for which I would pay £30 but no charge for delivery. Just explaining to inform anyone else that is in the same situation.
