Hi Everyone,

Thank you for posting and highlighting the issue.

A small number of customers using our BT TV Box Pro may be unable to record or set viewing reminders on 1st March. Impacted recordings will, unfortunately, show as failed, however, the BT TV box will look to recommend if the programme is available elsewhere and catch-up services continue to be available. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this matter causes those impacted and can confirm recordings and reminders after 1st March will be unaffected.

Problem is still there.  My Pro box was OK yesterday but now thinks it is the 4th March (today is the 1st) so won't record anything regardless of where it is in the schedule!

Likewise here. Plus all the subscription channels are inaccessible.

We have the same problem too.

Going back to the Friday duplication, my EPG from Sudbury, Suffolk thinks today is Friday! So unlike as @PaddyB suggested, it's not only today affected but nothing can be recorded for Wednesday or Thursday either as the box thinks it's in the past.

The only problem I can see so far on our pro box is that all recordings set for today are missing, if I try to reset them a message says not possible at this time. A recording for this Friday and next Wednesday show as scheduling problem, not sure if this is related or not.

Subscription channels I tried are available, BT sport and Sky sports.

Same for me. Loads of failed recordings, unable to watch recordings from subscription channels and box thinks it's 4th March.

Even shows "Last checked for software" as 4th March.

yes I experienced similar  an as yet unresolved access issues to subscription channels this morning 1st March with an non working EPG which believes today is  4th March.

Just tried this posted by @gavinlambourne re missing subscription channels:

Hi all,

We're aware of the issue and working on a fix. To work around this issue, please perform the following;

(1) Remove aerial cable from back of TV Pro box

(2) Pull power cable out from back of  TV Pro Box

(3) Put power cable back into TV Pro Box and press power button

(4) Wait until the Pro box is fully booted and the user interface is visible then insert aerial cable back into Pro box

While it corrects the issue of the box thinking today is Friday, today's schedule is still duplicated for Friday rendering recording for today impossible.
