Re: Bt to ee

I did go to EE store in January and had phone conversations but this is distressing to say the least .

Nothing gets sorted

Re: Bt to ee

@Clinton11 Sorry to hear of your experience. The migration of customers from BTto EE should be functioning a lot more smoothly than you have experienced.

Re: Bt to ee

@Clinton11 I’m so sorry to hear of your experience, and it’s stories such as this which make me feel vindicated in having avoided the move to EE hitherto. However, if I found myself in your position, I would have no hesitation in contacting executive complaints at BT/EE. A quick google search should come up with their latest contact details.

Re: Bt to ee

Hi @Clinton11,

I am really sorry to hear of the experience you have had with the BT to EE transfer as that is definitely not what we want to happen. I am going to send you a private message to get some details to see if we can get you some help with this issue, if you can please respond when you get the chance.

Re: Bt to ee

Spent over 5 months, last year, trying to switch to EE, from BT and then back again once it seemed to be an impossibility to make the switch. After about 40 advisors, over £700 in compensation and one very helpful advisor I was finally returned to the position I started in. Reviewing the price I am currently paying I am thinking of making the switch again (yes I must be mad). Can anyone offer any assurances that this time, incompency may be ruled out?

Re: Bt to ee

@PeterKeeney

I would ask BT if they can match the price that EE are offering.

Nuff said…. 😢
