Bt vision box

Hello there

has anyone got any ideas how I get a bit vision box delivered, I have been waiting since 30th November , my order never gets dispatched always delayed, several phone calls later multiple orders re created yet nothing.

i am getting frustrated as I never get the calls back they promise, no box and my complaints keep getting cancelled, anyone have advice.
