Just because the Humax box has apps you don't need to use it for that. Just use it for viewing/recording live TV & use either your TV's native apps or one of the myriad of HDMI "stick" devices for cachup.

Hi Stereohaven,

I can't find any references to Sky TV Essentials on it's own, it seems to be part of a bundle with Broadband.

I'm extremely happy with BT broadband and wouldn't want to change.
