Can't change flexible package online

Hi, I am looking to change my tv package but the BT website won't allow this. It says I can only upgrade until 8th July, well today is the 8th July, but it won't let me change. This is not the first time this has happened to me.

@keithplympton I read that message to mean "up to and including the 8th you can only upgrade". I would try again tomorrow and if there's still a problem give BT a ring.
