Help required
For some reason i can no longer view my sky channels on my EE TV box via the guide button , they were working fine but now i can only view them via the NOW tv app .
I noticed it when a darts recording failed to record .
Can anyone help as i'm getting frustrated calling BT constantly and getting nowhere
