Dreaded ipc6023 error code on new BT TV Pro box

Hi

I set up my new box today, using a wired connection to the Smart Hub 2, and no aerial. (Applied the software update first). Can't receive any of the TV channels due to the ipc6023 error. Tried resetting the Hub, the Pro Box, even recycling the modem (Fibre 900). Still no joy whatsoever.

Very disappointed in this! Could anybody advise me what to do? I'd like to get an aerial eventually for another room, but haven't been able to get through on the phone as it's so busy.
