EE TV Web Player Registered Devices Error

I'm a BT Broadband customer setting up the EE TV Web Player for Windows 11.

I've already setup EE TV on my phone and fire stick.

Every time I go to watch live TV on the EE TV web player, I get this error:

You've reached your device limit You have reached the limit on the number of devices you have registered for playback. (WP933)

Going to device management; I have my phone, fire stick and desktop player showing as registered with the fourth spot taken up with the following message:

"26 Days until you can register a new device.
Register after 18/06/2024 at 9:06 am."

The above occured even when deleting my fire stick as a registered device and now shows the above error along with the following:

"You can register a new device every 30 days."

Both of the above two errors (taking up slots 3 and 4) have a padlock next to them.

From similar questions on here, I understand this was resolved by BT/EE account technicians?

Any assistance appreciated.

Re: EE TV Web Player Registered Devices Error

The desktop app you have installed isn't the one already registered - either you've reinstalled/reset the app, or it's a different device entirely.
You then also have your S23 still occupying a slot.
You deleted your Galaxy Note 9 and Fire Stick Max 4k this morning, so that's all 4 slots that have been used.

The next slot will take 26 days to free up (30 days after the last device you registered).
