EE TV error code 901 and no subscription found

When logging in to my EE TV app I continue to get ‘no subscription found’ and error code AJ901.  I have checked that I am showing as Account Holder as per previous suggestions. Any help appreciated.

As you've moved to EE Broadband, you need to log in with your EE ID - select the EE option from the login screen, and then use the same email address that you logged into this forum with.
