Hi
Had a couple of mini box's since January. Constantly had pixalation on them. Having to reset router and box nearly everyday to make them work without pixalation. I'm getting 120mps on the box's via WiFi.
I rang up EE yesterday and they said they are sending me out powerline adapters. Does anyone know if they are the ones that work hardwired or via WiFi?
I'm hoping they are just not wifi extenders as I haven't any sockets to place them in-between the box's which are upstairs and the router.
Thanks in advance

Re: EE TV wifi extenders
Hi @LondonCelt
I think you have from your earlier posts moved from BT to EE for your broadband. As their products may differ it is probably best to raise on the EE community https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/TV/bd-p/TV

Power line adapters are wired. You get 2 plus one to go by the TV box and one to go by the router with an ethernet cable from each plug to the box. These have to go in main wall sockets and are plug and play. I use a set and they work fab
