Re: EE now offering Sky Stream

@Matomo

If you get the streams off the Now app, though, they aren’t multicast.

And it’s only if you get them off the EPG that they are.

But I am afraid that what this has to do with the topic in hand eludes me 😢

Re: EE now offering Sky Stream

It had to do with a post I was replying to, but sadly I have no idea how to quote someone!

Re: EE now offering Sky Stream

@Matomo

Quoting has been discussed somewhere earlier under EETV & YouView  - try searching for “Quoting”. It’s doable, but trickier than it should be.

At the very least, though, you can @quote the poster, as I have done above for you.

Alternatively, or as well, you can Reply to the posting you are referring to, rather than at the bottom of the thread.

Both of these things will help keep your posting in context, rather than orphan it.

Makes no difference. That's why we see so many newbies posting a sequence of "replies" in the belief that it works as described. Sadly it's completely misleading.

Re: EE now offering Sky Stream

@Midnight_Voice I think that’s a new feature which is only available to those with EE broadband 😉

@Midnight_Voice I know. It was supposed to be a light hearted remark. Hence the 😉

Oh yes, haha.

EE broadband users, especially those with EETV, certainly have access to a range of foulups that we BT-based users can only dream (have nightmares) about 😛🤦🏻

Re: EE now offering Sky Stream

@Midnight_Voice No worries. I’m a morning person, always completely switched on from the moment I wake up. My batteries have worn down well before midnight these days. 😀

I’m still on BT broadband with EETV too. I occasionally have a peak at the EE Community but haven’t signed up there yet
