Following an EE software update this morning, my BT box does not show and programme content, tv guide show programme list but selecting anything results in blank screen.
loading any app from the menu results in a loading screen,then have to restart the box
My tv box is model RTIW387
any thoughts appreciated

I believe that is the TV Box Pro,
If none of the restarts/poweroff/poweron devices cures the issue then you have the choice of contacting BT (or EE if your contract is with them) or attempting a reset of the box yourself

there are reset options to preserve recordings.

I managed eventually to reset and get ee to update again. following a correct restart everything is now working.
Any idea what the update was for?
I am down as tester and I haven't had it yet.
I wish they would give a one liner on what these are for.
