I have a different problem with the EPG.
When scrolling through the guide using the P button on the remote control the programme titles disappear. Exiting the guide and then going back in cures the issue temporarily, but it then happens again soon after.
The EPG entries for the Sky Sports channels vary between being misleading, inaccurate, incomplete and often don’t even state that the programme is LIVE. The Sky Sports Main Event channel usually has live coverage of something which is also being broadcast on one of the other Sky Sports channels at the same time. For example, last night the Castleford Tigers v Hull KR rugby league match was on SSME and Sky Sports Action. The EPG entries for each channel were different. The EPG is currently, as far as I am concerned, not a reliable source for looking for something to watch, or to record for chase-play or watching later.
@Brucemeister5 @zulu17 @EPGWhizz Don’t know it is related to the EPG supplier migration or not, but for the record Sky’s online EPG has been completely offline for the past two days.
The F1 practise and qualifying sessions for next weekends Austrian race on the EETV EPG are showing up ok, and with LIVE applied appropriately.
@GarethPrice you may want to take a look at the Sunday EPG for Grand Prix Sunday: Australia (F1 channel) . Austrian F1 Grand Prix (not marked as live )
@zulu17 Ah, Sunday wan’t up when I posted earlier…. It’s unbelievable isn’t it… Chequered Flag has it, but not the build up or the race….yet they can manage it for the F2, the Porsche and Ferrari Challenge 🙄
Also just realised it wasn’t on the EPG for the Indy Quali earlier (go Louis Foster!) nor on the race later today…..

hi @RussK ,
As you say a different issue which is likely to easily burried in this thread This thread is due to the data being supplied by some data providers and how it is subsequently being presented in the guide. The guide is operating normally.
In your case if I understand correctly you are experincing a regular issue when paging thru the guide in that you get a display with the programming data missing. Can i ask which box you are experiecing this on .. eg Box Pro , Box Mini , 4K Recordable , Recordable Box ...if you are unsurev just go into Settings>INFORMATION&RESET> Deviice Information and post the Model .
There have been some changes to the guide layout for some models recently - Has your issue only recently occured ?
On your box does the guide display 5 or 6 rows of channels ?
If when you experience the problem in the guide you enter a number for a channel not on your current page display do you get a proper display or not ?
Hi @zulu17
My box model is RTIW387.
The guide displays 5 rows of channels and the issue has only started recently (within the last month approx).
It seems to be behaving itself today, so I can’t test your channel number scenario.
@RussK Thanks for those answers so you have a Box Pro and it seems the newer Guide layout.
Separate issue wrt to Channel 4 HD Ip mode EETV EPG data last night (22june) Background there was an overrunning football match which would have delayed the start of the broadcast of. New:The Handmaids Tale. and subsequently Glass. The programme titles as shown in the EPG and the broadcast content appeared to differ for a period at the time. it would be interesting to know if people who had set recordings for either of those programmes actually got the full correct recording with the correct title. Today the (backwards EPG ) shows that Glass appears twice , the second instance being described as the conclusion of the movie BUT it actually seems to link to a Pushers episode in the 4 ondemand if you opt to play it from the EPG.

Just for the record, the reason the Sky Online EPG was offline is because it has been discontinued. For anyone who found it useful for checking against the ‘vagaries’ of future listings on the EETV EPG a couple of alternatives are
