Hi,
I have tried everything but still no channels,
Tried resetting router and TV box, tried factory resets, tried disabling smart setup on hub manager, connected via ethernet cable.
Goes through set up and then can view schedule but no channels.
Pain in the bum!! Please help.😩
Hi @Emma2410 - are you still experiencing issues?
If you have full fibre broadband it's worth restarting the ONT (examples of what an ONT looks like here)
If you have tried this and you're still experiencing issues then please let me know as it's likely to be a config issue we will need to get fixed by Openreach.
