How to add boost

How do I add the boost option to my package? I have tried between the bt app and nowtv app and just keep doing circles linking back to the opposite page and getting nowhere. I have tried doing it through my box also with no luck. I don’t really want to call and be in a queue for ages for a simple thing.

How can I add a boost to my account I keep getting directed and redirected between now tv app and the bt app with no success. I have also tried on my box with no luck!

There has been quite a bit of confusion about Now Boost  with EETV packages as the process used differed between EE and BT  - ie if people had EETV with BT Broadband  (Entertainment/Big Entertainment/Big Sport packages)  you ordered an HD (or HD/4K) addon and Now Boost was also automatically  added for the same addon price (typically £6/month). 

with EETV  with EE Broadband more packages than their BT counterparts  included Now Boost within the packages   and those that didn't they offered the Now Boost addon for order..

I had the exact same thing happen to me, when I phoned up they said the only way to add HD boost was to renew the contract.
