Suspect that your remote has lost it pairing to the TV Box Pro when you did the factory reset.

Hi @Dottyaboutdals - as already suggested this does sound like a remote pairing issue, I'm not aware of any other current issues that would cause this.
Have you tried both the key sequences in the linked instructions and/or changing the batteries in the remote control?
