IPC6023 - Google WiFi

I had my box set up in internet mode and all was working well. To get better coverage across my whole house, I have now purchased a Google WiFi mesh set up so my BT modem is plugged into a Google WiFi router. I have

updated my YouView box so that it is connected to my Google WiFi network and the on demand aspect is working fine and although the TV guide is working, none of the actual channels are showing a picture. I keep getting the IPC6023 error message. Any advice?

Re: IPC6023 - Google WiFi

BT TV requires multicast/IGMP which presumably the Google router isn't passing through. You'll need to contact Google or search the Internet for a solution for your particular router. If you're lucky there may be a setting to enable it but some simply don't support it.

Re: IPC6023 - Google WiFi

Thank you. Google WiFi does now support multicast and I have turned on IPV6 in the advanced settings but unfortunately this didn't help. Do you think there's anything I can configure in my BT Smarthub settings that would help?
