we recently upgraded our broadband to Fibre when we moved to a new build property, I agreed to sign up to NowTV including the Netflix subscription.
We also have an Amazon Prime account which we are wanting to use
the issues we are having are below
netflix - start watching a programme and then the screen freezes but sound carries on, you have to come off the app and go back on and this happens every few minutes
prime - whatever you try and watch, when you open the programme the screen goes black, nothing plays and then kicks you back to the home page of the tv
has anyone else had these issues and know how to resolve? Thanks in advance for any help
