The sound on our tv was not good - fuzzy and very low volume.
We thought it was our tv - so bought a new tv.
New tv and BT TV Box is no better.
Contacted BT and they checked remotely there is a fault on the BT TV Box, so they sent a replacement box.
New BT TV Box has finally arrived - no better than the old box…
So what do I do now?
Any advice? Thank you.

Thank you for your time, I swapped the HDMI cable (from DVD Player where it is working fine)…
Sadly, no different.
My “workaround” is BT TV Box volume 100%, and then have to increase volume on the LG tv to nearly 100% to hear. Not very satisfactory really. So I guess we will just use the smart tv (where the volume is 20 - and 90+ to hear through the BT TV box) and forget the BT TV box - eventually it will save us £££ when BT catch up.
To add further insult to this BT have charged for the TV Service that does not work. The only contact I have had from BT is repeated requests for me to return the faulty TV box - they claim to have now sent two return envelopes but none received here so far. I am going to be leaving BT when my Contract is up - overall the £70+ I currently pay monthly does not look like good value.
