My BT set top box is not working. In the past I have managed to get through to someone. Now, I have this ridiculous system where I call - get a text, click through to the right place, call, then get a message saying I will get a text, the text then says it will take TWO DAYS to speak to someone. How do I just speak to someone?
Are you calling BT 150 (if you have a BT landline) or 0800 150 and asking for Technical Support when prompted for a response.?
