Re: NOW Sky channels not showing

Hi, I just plugged in my older BT box and guess what? the channels are showing. So it seems to be a PRO box issue.

Same here. I notice my BT TV Pro box thinks today's date is 4th March,  which is probably what's causing the issue with subscription channels.

Yup same for me.  Was fine last night now nothing.  But you'll find it's also affecting the apps.  Netflix and Amazon won't play.  I can log into then but they won't play anything other than trailers

Re: NOW Sky channels not showing

Hi all,

We're aware of the issue and working on a fix. To work around this issue, please perform the following;

(1) Remove aerial cable from back of TV Pro box

(2) Pull power cable out from back of  TV Pro Box

(3) Put power cable back into TV Pro Box and press power button

(4) Wait until the Pro box is fully booted and the user interface is visible then insert aerial cable back into Pro box
