Very likely @NigelB72, from my (albeit limited) nosing around US sites, customers suggest skimping on quality is a Comcast trait, and you can see it in the latest Sky hardware.
Comcast also have a 98billion dollar debt pile 😮
Exactly this. I've got the Now App on both my Nvidia Shield on cat 6 wired. And my Sony Bravia upstairs, Cat 6 wired. No other apps on either device have issues, some programs on Now TV are watchable, but every now and they pause for a brief moment and go again. The quality also keeps dropping and the image becomes very poor. 100% a NowTV issue.
